What can I expect?
The Bath Ball is a celebration of the School of Management community. It's an opportunity for School alumni to enjoy a fantastic evening of food, drink and entertainment at one of Bath's historic venues: the stunning Guildhall, situated in the heart of the city.
How much is a ticket?
Tickets are priced at £75.00. Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What does the ticket include?
Tickets for the Bath Ball include:
- entrance to the ball
- welcome drinks reception
- set three course meal
- half a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic equivalent
- entertainment
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase a maximum of two tickets - for you and a guest. If you plan to attend as a larger group, you will need to book tickets separately.
What are the seating arrangements?
Seating will be on tables of 8-10. If you are booking tickets as part of a group and would all like to be seated together, please ensure you list the names of guests you'd like to sit with when booking. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, although we cannot guarantee this.
Ticket terms and conditions
The School of Management is entitled to cancel the event but we will make all reasonable effort to ensure this doesn't happen. In the event of cancellation tickets will be refunded but the School of Management will have no other liability to you in these circumstances.

What is the menu?
You can look forward to a fantastic seasonal three course menu. Please ensure you specify any dietary requirements when buying tickets.
What is the dress code?
We encourage our guests to dress to impress! We'd love for you to use the occasion as a chance to dress up but this is simply a guide and not a strict dress code.
Is the venue accessible?
The Guildhall is fully accessible. Please advise of any accessibility requirements when booking and we will make sure these are accommodated.
What will the entertainment be?
We will provide you with an evening of entertainment, with live performances and DJ entertainment, hosted by our alumni team.
