The International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) and Management and Organization Review (MOR) are holding this two-day conference and paper development workshop focusing on organisation and management in China and global comparable contexts.
The workshop will be led by Foster School of Business' Professor Xiao-Ping Chen, Editor-in-Chief of MOR, and other deputy and senior editors of MOR. We encourage all IACMR members, especially doctoral students and junior faculty, to submit complete papers to this conference.
All selected participants will receive direct feedback from MOR editors in a small group setting, conducive to open discussion and instant feedback. While there is no obligation to submit invited manuscripts to MOR, we strongly encourage the authors to do so.
We plan to offer a fast-track review process for submitted papers and publish them in a timely fashion once they meet MOR publishing standard.
Keynote speakers
- Professor Gerardo Patriotta (University of Bath)
- Professor Xiao-Ping Chen (Foster School of Business, University of Washington), Editor-in-Chief of Management and Organization Review
