Osborne House is accommodation for mature undergraduate students or students with medical needs, on the quiet south side of campus.

About this accommodation

Osborne House is a designated quiet residence, a good option if you would like to live somewhere peaceful during your studies.

It is home to 35 undergraduate students, including mature students aged 21 and over.

It is on the south side of our Claverton Down campus, a five-minute walk to the Library and Students' Union.

To make you feel safe and at home, Osborne House has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the building.

All of our University accommodation is smoke free.

How much it costs to live in Osborne House from 2020 to 2021.


Standard bedroom

A standard room costs from £122 to £125 a week.

This is between £4,636 and £4,750 for the full 38 week contract.

En-suite shower bedroom

An en-suite room costs £155 a week.

This is £5,890 for the full 38 week contract.

Studio flat

A studio flat costs from £180 to £185 a week.

This is between £6,840 and £7,030 for the full 38 week contract.

The Student Living Ambassadors are friendly faces to help out with any queries or concerns you may have, as well as running social activities and making sure you're aware of the latest events and updates.

The Student Living Ambassadors will regularly check-in with you and your flatmates via Microsoft Teams calls.
