Located in leafy green surroundings, Woodland Court offers accommodation for first-year undergraduates that’s within easy reach of all our campus facilities.

Woodland Court offers spacious accommodation for your first year at University. 393 undergraduate students live here across five blocks, with between 18 and 28 students in a flat.

It's conveniently located on the east side of campus, just a five minute walk from the Library and Student's Union.

To make you feel safe and at home, Woodland Court has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the buildings, flats and bedrooms. There's also secure bike storage nearby.

You'll have your own good-sized en-suite bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink.

Woodland Court has its own launderette, so you don't have to leave the complex to wash your clothes.

Woodland Court is listed in StudentCrowd's Best UK Student Accommodation Awards 2019.

All of our University accommodation is smoke free.

ROOM NUMBERS

Woodland Court is made up of eight buildings. Each has three or four floors with 18 bedrooms on.

Your room details contain your building, floor, block, flat and room number.

For example, the room number W1A1.01 means you are located in Woodland Court, floor one, block A, flat one, room one.


Accommodation for students with disabilities

If you have a disability, Woodland Court has 27 large accessible bedrooms that can be adapted to suit your individual needs.


All of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with a range of adaptations including baths, wet rooms, grab rails, pull cords, raised toilets and wheelchair charge points.

We are happy to make further adaptations to give you what you need.

Student Living Ambassadors

Settling into your new home at University, building relationships, cooking meals and cleaning with your housemates can be daunting, but your Student Living Ambassadors are here to help.

The Student Living Ambassadors are friendly faces to help out with any queries or concerns you may have, as well as running social activities and making sure you're aware of the latest events and updates.

The Student Living Ambassadors will regularly check-in with you and your flatmates via Microsoft Teams calls. However, if you need help or advice with life in halls, you can schedule a one-to-one call with a Student Living Ambassador at any time by contacting livingsupport@bath.ac.uk. Find out more here.

Hall Representatives

At the start of the academic year you can elect a Hall Representative.

The Students’ Union supports Hall Representatives to organise social and community-building events.

Hall Representatives collect student feedback about living in the accommodation. They discuss this with the University and the Students’ Union to make sure your voices are heard.
