When you use the MyBath app, please log all issues with the app through the 'App Support' tile, which directs you to a simple ‘Report a Problem’ form.
If you are unable to log into the app to report a problem, or if you have any other IT-related issues, please use the 'IT Support' tile. This will re-direct you to the IT Support and Advice page for information on how to get help online, by phone, or in person.
You can also provide feedback in-app via 'Settings'. Please select 'Share an idea'.
