The selection panel will select applicants on behalf of the University, those deemed to be in greatest need will be selected in their discretion. The panel will take into consideration:
- barriers to accessing education
- personal & financial circumstances
- reasons for study

This is a competitive process and only two applicants will be successful.
A panel of senior staff from the University and Students’ Union will select applicants for interview and will take into consideration a range of criteria.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview following the meeting of the selection panel.
We aim to inform all applicants of the outcome of their scholarship application by the end of July.
