You can order displays for events such as:
- Graduation ceremonies
- Ceremonial dinners
- Conferences
- Lectures
If you are an external company outside of the University hosting your event on campus, you can also request a display.
Order a display for an event
You must place your order on Topdesk a month before the event date.
The charge for displays is based on the amount of labour involved in the preparation, delivery and collection afterwards. If the team needs to buy extra seasonal stock, this is also included in the cost.
Order a permanent display
You can order a permanent floral display on Topdesk.
New permanent displays have a one-off set up charge of £150. This is to cover labour time and resources.
We also charge an annual maintenance fee, which is dependent on the types of plants in your display. This usually ranges from £150 for low maintenance plants, to £300 for high maintenance plants.
